Very disappointed with this agency. For what work did you take a commission on the sale of our apartment? You waited in the hall with the potential buyers for me to give you the keys before each visit, in which case I would have been able to do the visits myself. You weren't even able to be present at the time of signing, the buyer having seen the ad through a platform independent of your site, what was the use of you?
The Laforêt Agency was very professional, from the beginning to the end of the apartment search process, the visit, the preparation of the file, the inventory, everything was done according to the rules of the art. Very good experience. I recommend them to you.
The agency is lacking in professionalism and reliability, with staff unenthusiastic about the work and haughty behavior manifested by questions such as "Can you afford it?" as well as the refusal to show the apartment without financial guarantees.
Obliged to use a broker recommended by the agency, who also happens to be a friend, I canceled the appointment with this professional after receiving an advantageous offer from my bank the previous Friday.
Strangely, on Monday, an hour before my planned visit, I was informed that the apartment was sold on Friday, as if by chance! This speed contrasts with the fact that the property has been on sale for almost a year and still remains available online.
Once again, my meeting with a Laforêt agency ended in disappointment and a waste of time.
